WHEN UPLOADING PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR IMAGES MEET THE CRITERIA BELOW

Please be sure your artwork is in high resolution 300 dpi or higher and saved as a PNG with no background. ((TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND)) Other acceptable art forms: PDF, PSD, and AI files with transparent and vectorized artwork. (TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND) Resolution: Artwork needs to be created in 300 DPI OR HIGHER for best print quality. Images with lower quality will not print well. The printing process needs a high-quality image to have a clean and neat image. Check your edge quality and watch out for pixel images. We do not alter any image that you send, images that are sent will be printed as they are. There will be an extra fee for having to fix the dpi or remove the background. You would be notified before so you can make a decision to fix the issue or to have us do it for you. A $4 fee will be added if you would like us to do it for you.

Upload gang sheet to sassy-soulsisters.myshopify.com Images ship out within 36-48 hours after paid invoice. Rush orders needing to be out within 12-24 hours will require a fee of $4 per image or $20 for any size gang sheet

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or if you were sent the incorrect items. NO OTHER RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. A shipping return label will be sent to you via email for you to return damaged or wrong print.
